Recently, Liu Feng and Du Wei, the handicapped employees of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Far East Holding Group”) participated in the 12th Wuxi Games for the disabled. In the four items of athletics, swimming, badminton and table tennis, including 187 small competition items, Liu Feng and Du Wei stand out from 406 athletes joined in the competition. Eventually, Liu Feng won the second place in the competitions of F60 Men's Discus Throw, Men's 4×100m Relay and F60 Men's Shot Put, and the fifth place of F60 Men's Javelin Throw; Du Wei won the third place of the disabled group of TT10 Men’s Table Tennis Singles and the first place of TT10 Men’s Table Tennis Teams.

As athletes of Yixing delegation, Liu Feng and Du Wei make great efforts and tenacious struggle, demonstrating the spirit of “Faster，Higher，Stronger”, fully presenting the excellent spiritual outlook and outstanding competitiveness to win honor for their company and hometown.
In 2003, Liu Feng became an ordinary wire stripping worker of Far East Holding Group. Over the 14 years, what has not changed is the post, while what have changed are his greatly improved efficiency and increasingly deepened affection and perseverance for this job. He said, “the company provides us with an unyielding and self-fulfilling platform, there is no reason that we do terribly in our job and life”, “although I am disabled, I always treat myself as the norm person who can do things as well as others.” Owing to his unswerving spirit and unremitting efforts, Liu Feng gained many achievements that others cannot obtain. Due to his gifted talents in sports, Liu Feng is adept at playing football, running, athletics and other sports events. He once was appointed as Teaching Assistant of the Sports Team of Yixing Disabled Persons’ Federation. On behalf of the company and Yixing, Liu Feng led the delegation of Far East Holding Group in which Du Wei, Jiang Yixin joined to participate in various provincial and municipal competitions and made remarkable achievements for several times.
In 2011, Du Wei became a landscape greening construction worker of Properties Department of Far East Real Estate Industrial Park. On 6 o’clock every day, Du Wei takes care for every tree, flower and grass. From day to day, he makes diligent efforts to plant, water, prune and transplant, contributing to the landscape of the industrial park. When mentioned about the competition, he said, “I might won three gold medals if I were participating in the athletics matches. While the fact is that I chose to join in the table tennis match in order to bring credit and prove to others that I can do it!” And the fact is that he got it! “Trust in yourself and others will in turn trust you through your efforts. Only if we respect others and the rivals, can we win the respect from others.” Such an ambitious, positive and humorous employee proves himself and wins respect and applause through his efforts time and time again. Du Wei, you are so brilliant!
At present, more than 2,000 disabled employees were relocated to various posts. They do the seemingly ordinary jobs, but demonstrate extraordinary perseverance. Being grateful, hopeful and insisting on the belief of “never be satisfied and pursuing excellence”, the employees stimulate their energy, and demonstrate the spirit of being not afraid of hardship and difficulties. Standing on the solid ground to make progress, they contribute their youth and energy to the development of the company, winning the dignity and respect, meanwhile, proving their values.
