Far East Smart Energy Secures the Contract for the Controllable Nuclear Fusion BEST Device Project!
Nuclear fusion power is one of the ultimate energy sources pursued by humanity. On Science Island in Hefei, Anhui, three nuclear fusion devices are either under construction or in operation, making it the "Strongest Laboratory" for fusion research in China. How far is China from realizing the "artificial sun"? The answer lies in this "Strongest Laboratory".
Recently, exciting news came from the "artificial sun" R&D site on Hefei Science Island: the Dewar base of the Compact Fusion Energy Experimental Device (BEST) was accurately positioned. This marks a crucial step for China towards its 2030 goal of "lighting the first lamp with nuclear fusion energy".
More encouragingly, Far East Smart Energy Co., Ltd. has successfully secured the project contract for the Compact Fusion Energy Experimental Device (BEST). Far East, "chasing the sun", is moving one step closer to its dream.
Far East's cable products have been successfully applied to China's first fully superconducting tokamak device, Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) – also known as "China's Small Sun".
The "Type K1 Cables for Harsh Environments of Hualong One" developed by Far East meet the requirements of the American IEEE 383 standard in terms of key technical indicators. It has also won multiple honors, including the "CNNC Science and Technology Award".
From the "sun-chasing dream" of nuclear fusion to the "global layout" of nuclear power, Far East, through the "hardcore evolution" of a single special cable, has witnessed the transformation of China's energy equipment from "independent and controllable" to "globally leading". Far East is contributing "Made-in-China Wisdom" solutions to the global energy transition with its invisible yet solid strength.
