The Western China (Guiyang) Hi-tech Production and Development Base (also known as Sino-Australian Science and Technology City) is a core area of the city, integrating R&D, commerce, business, recreation, entertainment and fitness. The Sino-Australian Science and Technology City boasts sound auxiliary facilities in line with relevant international standard. With an area of nearly 40,000 square meters, its auxiliary facilities cover various life domains, such as catering, relaxation and fitness, education, supermarket to serve surrounding residents. In addition to that, enterprises settled in the area can easily get access to office services concerning finance, insurance, express, printing and data center. Our geothermal heat pump system and integrated PV system exclusively designed for this project can reduce 40% of energy consumption on the premise of power demand and comfortable sensation. The total investment in this project amounts to RMB 14 million.
